Tea & Rosemary sells handcrafted spell candles and related products. Our candles are hand-charmed and intended for personal, ritual, or decorative use. All products are sold as novelty or spiritual items. Results are not guaranteed, and we make no medical, psychological, or supernatural claims.

2. Orders & payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment providers.

3. Subscriptions

Our Monthly Spell Candle subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date by logging into your account or contacting us directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 14 days' notice.

4. Candle safety

By purchasing our candles, you acknowledge that you will follow safe burning practices: never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from flammable materials, burn on a stable heat-resistant surface, and keep out of reach of children and pets. Tea & Rosemary is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of our products.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including product names, descriptions, photography, branding, and written content — is the property of Tea & Rosemary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of liability
