Tea & Rosemary does not offer returns or exchanges at this time, but please reach out to me via email if there is an issue with your order so I can make it right.

Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. Cancellations are subject to a fee of 10% of the order total, with a minimum fee of $5. Orders of $100 or more are subject to a $15 minimum cancellation fee. After 3 hours, or once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
