Tea & Rosemary does not offer returns or exchanges at this time, but please reach out to me via email if there is an issue with your order so I can make it right.

Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. Cancellations are subject to a 10% fee (minimum $5) covering non-refundable transaction fees charged on both the original payment and the refund. After 3 hours, or once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
